Salt Water Flush gets the bowels moving
Have you ever eaten waayyyyyy too much food (ie- Thanksgiving/holidays/brunch) and have to loosen a belt buckle notch...and wear loose fitting pants for a couple days after? 😬

We tend to think this full feeling is a temporary issue.

It is to an extent, because our amazing God-given bodies are always digesting and eliminating 

.......(except for this one middle-aged man I heard of who was so backed up & constipated he started vomiting up his own πŸ’© because it had to come out, so it came out his mouth).

Annywaaaayyy......

If we have slowed digestion:
- the foods we've eaten can become caked to our insides 
- forming layers called slurry 
- causing even slower digestion
- causing pollutants to build up inside rather than be eliminated
- causing fat deposits in belly, arms, thighs
- causing rectal polyps
- and causing trips to the dr for embarrassing procedures that could have been avoided all together


So if you're like me, and want to take matters into your own hands
to AVOID the embarrassment of someone else looking inside your body and telling you what a mess it is, 
and all the scary stuff they can do to "help" you,
then start with the simple SALT WATER FLUSH ! πŸ₯³

4c warm-hot water + 2 rounded teaspoons Himalayan salt 

Using a straw, drink within 8-10 minutes.


Be sure to be near your 🚽 as you'll be eliminating waste within 15-20 minutes.

You'll feel pressure. 

Just don't trust a fart right now.

You may have several eliminations.

I usually have between 4-6 brief, yet substantial and easy eliminations 😊

Drinking salt water can sound gross and intimidating and to be completely transparent with you, at first I wasn't too excited about drinking it.

But the BENEFITS of moving waste through quicker so it doesn't pollute and make us feel terrible..

That's what this is about.

Oh, and also, so we can choose to avoid embarrassing doctor visits. 

Helpful Tips to drink the SWF:  
- measure 2tsp of salt and put into 4c drinking jar
- add 1-2 drops LIME VITALITY essential oil to the salt. Stir so the salt absorbs the oil.
- pour in warm water. Stir.
- smear tongue with Thieves essential oil blend. Using a finger, smear some Thieves oil around your entire tongue. It will numb the tongue and you'll taste a cinnamon clove delicious spiciness instead of salt. Do this before each 10 second or so water drink as your tongue may need re-oiling.
- drink with straw. (*Stir limelicious salt water before each intake so salt is distributed evenly each gulp. Go for 10 gulps or 10 seconds) 
- consume the 4c within 8-10 minutes.
