Hello NEW YEAR!
Since ending the last cleanse in mid-November, I enjoyed an abundance of tasty food!
And my digestion worked soooo well! It processed all the food quickly + efficiently!
But it quickly became a bit bogged down again, it was noticeable.
I was soooo excited to get back ON the cleanse that I ended up starting 3 days early! I did this because:
- my digestive system needed a break
- I was just sick of eating & pooping, eating & pooping......
- I wanted to go more than 10 days this time
- I was craving the Lemonade!
- I was craving the easier schedule
- I was craving the energy & focus!!
13 days of Master Cleansing to kick off the new year was exactly the right thing to do for this gal.

π found more joy again
π learned that forgiveness is a gift to myself
π released the past with love

π learned to love & accept myself
π voted my own victory over and over!
