Currently, as a Master Cleanse coach, we use the word "eliminations" to describe the decades-old caked-on waste that comes out during the cleanse... because we're not eating food so what comes out is not log-shaped poop. It's a runny foul-smelling elimination.

I got a bidet attachment for my toilet a while back and absolutely LOVE it!
Easy to attach & hook up to water.
Easy to use every time.
Practical to have for hygiene purposes.
And less wiping means less TP use and less chafing!
While on the Master Cleanse, the first day or two can be quite active in the elimination department, so lots of wiping can lead to a chapped ass....
and then the need for a coconut oil smear for relief.
Its happened to the best of us 😂
So after getting the Tushy bidet attachment, the poop experience is so much better!
I especially love the price on these things!
It makes it affordable for anyone to upgrade their bathroom experience.
Plus, poop is sticky and blasting the tush with some water helps with the cleanup!
