Resources that helped me gain confidence and be less dependent on the medical stuff
Confidence in how we care for ourselves is super important. We can tackle just about anything at home with the right know-how instead of handing our bodies over to someone else to fix.

If this speaks to you because you've had run-ins with the white coats that left you confused and disappointed, then read on!

If you're a fan of the white coats and always purvey them and do what they say, then this is not for you.

Back in 2010, I did the Gerson Therapy for an entire year (after making a medical choice mistake, due to brainwashing, that I talk openly about with no more shame).

So when I got the Gerson book and it told me what to do- from juicing, eating organic & raw, and coffee enemas- I immediately felt a sense of relief and EXCITEMENT....

because dealing with a dis-eased body this way was SO less scary than what the white coats offer!

I followed the Gerson directions and was successful. I kept the book to reference and have done so multiple times over the years.

AND THEN, I discovered more info and amazing books that also gave non-scary solutions to health problems.

These solutions were far easier than juicing 20lbs of carrot juice per day + 4 coffee enemas for an entire year.

After a decade of learning and implementing

and helping people fix their shiz,

I know the info doesn't have to be complicated.

The internet and its endless abyss of bad information is what's complicated!

Isn't it interesting that internet searching gives us results telling us to take the white coat and pharma path.

We must dig deeper.
Wade through it with an open heart.
And at the same time see who the liars are, what they consistently lie about, and discover how to have discernment on this topic.

And do you know that search engines are purposely burying health blogs so no one sees them, and at the same time pushing pharma poison agendas to the top?

Because the more you see it, the more you'll think that shiz is the right answer. Friend, it's called conditioning.

Every time I hear "doctor recommended", "pharmacist recommended", it's an immediate red flag 🚩

Does 25 hours of nutrition training in 4 years sound like an expert you should take advice from when it comes to fixing your problems?

Not to mention the retailers associated with these people.

Those corner stores that sell nothing but poison on every shelf from soda, quench drinks, cigarettes, cough syrups, anything over-the-counter, makeup, household cleaners, hair dye, and multiple aisles of poison for kids disguised as candy when it should have a Mr Yuk sticker on every package.

'On the corner of happy and healthy' is obviously not an appropriate tag line. Yikes. No wonder people are confused about what healthy is.

Here, on my blog and in real life, I am no-fluff.

I love to get to the point so you can get on with your beautiful life pain-free, lump-free, plaque-free or whatever you need freeing from.

And I genuinely love to help people.

But you have to want to help yourself, first.

That absolutely is the criteria.

Think of me as your personal good health consultant just giving you solid nuggets & resources so you can get to your answers quickly.

With 10 years of nutrition & detox training, I ACTUALLY LIVE WHAT I TEACH.

I mean, I'm the gal who shows up to zoom calls with a Lemonade or Green Juice. ✌️ And before I sold my natural pet food store, customers coming in to buy their healthy dog food always saw me drinking Green Juices.
It was part of my brand then and certainly is now.

Friends, when it comes to gaining life back after getting caught up in the "do what doctors say" mania, my message is simple - change your perception.

Being well,
staying well
and
getting well
from any chronic dis-ease
or B.S. label you've been given
starts with YOU and YOUR actions alone,
not giving up your body to someone with less than 25 hours of nutrition training.

Lemme just say that I am not perfect at being healthy (and before turning to better choices, I abused myself daily with cigarettes and sugar just to name two items that are rocket fuel for cancer growth).

These days, I occasionally fall off the health wagon, but I get back on rather than stay down, because I value my vibrancy and God-given body.

What helps me when I fall, is my small collection of books. Below are a few.

I simply take a few minutes to re-acquaint myself with the wise words that helped motivate me in the first place!

With the internet scrubbing of many health getters and their blogs over the past few years, it's been likened to a modern-day book burning.

So below is a short list of books you need in your home.

Read them,
highlight things,
dog-ear pages,
use as reference guides
and rely less on the internet of noisy things!

This way you'll be prepared for just about anything.

Cheers to excellent health, and have the best day!
