Oh cheese and bakery items, how I used to love you so!
The scrumptious taste coupled with the way those items made me feel emotionally were a force to be reckoned with.
I mean, I grew up eating cheese curds several times per week, and relied on chocolate chip cookies or brownies to get me through PMS (π€which is a whole other topic about old wives tales / myths / generational lies)

Fast forward to my 2010 health crisis / awakening: I did the Gerson Therapy for a year and was thrilled to see that when I quit the bread, sugar, and cheese, I:
- no longer looked pregnant when I wasn't
- no longer looked pregnant when I wasn't
- had regular poop
- was less rollercoaster emotional
- had easier periods

I went on with life without those items regularly, if at all.
I felt pretty great most of the time! It was noticeable + motivating!
Then years later, another awakening..........when I found the Master Cleanse βοΈ
Long story short- this cleanse is a simple approach to course correcting the digestive system. (And that system is 30 ft long!)

The question for you is: How motivated are you?
Motivation does come and go.

And I mean FIX them, not go to the dr and get a non-answer and then be offered drugs and invasive surgery as your "only options".

π I helped a woman through her cleanse who had diverticulitis- the digestive condition where there's pus pockets and frequently painful digestion.
