I’m on my 4th cleanse since May 2020 and feel simply fantastic! π
The old caked-on waste that's just sitting around in my 30ft long digestive track giving me aches & pains, puffy fingers, weird poop, brain fog, dis-ease, and robbing me of my energy is going away….day by day….flush by flush. π½π
After talking about the cleanse on Facebook and Insta, and in Facebook groups, I’ve been getting a lot of messages from people with questions, specially about how I maintain a normal life while doing this cleanse.
First, a few rules: We cannot alter the Lemonade recipe. We cannot pre-mix it. We cannot eat while on the cleanse. We cannot end the cleanse abruptly.
But we CAN make it easier with the right tools!
Here’s my BEST tip for an easier cleanse: get a better glass container to drink the Lemonade out of!
These are my absolute FAV π
Because of these stellar glass container bottles, I am able to take the cleanse with me anywhere! Like on the boat, to the beach, to a party, in the golf cart, in the car while I’m running errands, etc.
I simply pour the items that make the concentrate (lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne, Vitality oil) in each bottle and place into my cooler.
When I’m ready to drink a lemonade, I pour 8oz of water into a bottle with concentrate. Shake. Drink.
Super easy!
*Quick Tip: adding water to the lemonade exposes the healthy living enzymes to oxygen, because water is H2O. Oxygen will begin to oxidize these beneficial enzymes, therefore the lemonade needs to be consumed within 10 minutes. This is why we need to make each lemonade fresh, not make a big batch and sip on it throughout the day. Pre-mixing is a no-no, it will make you feel horrible and is not the correct way to cleanse.
These bottles are my absolute FAV. When not cleansing, they’re great for:
salad dressing
marinades
lemon water
kombucha
kefir
wolf berry juice spritzers
or honestly whatever you want!
Cheers to convenient cleansing and empowered health choices for us all! πππππ
